Job Title: Back Office ExecutiveJob SummaryProvides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of daily business activities, working behind the scenes to manage data, documentation, and internal processes.Key Responsibilities

  • Data & Documentation: Perform accurate data entry, maintain databases, update records, and manage physical/digital filing systems.
  • Administrative Support: Handle emails, printing, scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing office supplies.
  • Reporting: Prepare internal reports, presentations, and financial documents (invoices, bills).
  • Internal Coordination: Communicate with front office, sales, and other departments to resolve issues and facilitate information flow.
  • Financial Support: Assist with processing transactions, updating financial records, and supporting audits.
  • Inventory/Logistics: Support inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and order processing (in some roles).
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree often preferred (Business Admin or related).
  • Technical: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer systems; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, time management, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
