Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive (Excel & Operations Support)

Location: Kolkata

Department: Operations / Administration

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong Excel knowledge may apply)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records, reports, and databases accurately using MS Excel
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  • Create and manage Excel sheets using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts
  • Coordinate with technicians for daily work allocation
  • Assign AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) work of branches to technicians
  • Follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of AMC and service calls
  • Track technician attendance, work status, and service completion reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and branches for service scheduling
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Handle email communication and basic office coordination
  • Support senior management with administrative and reporting tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
