Key Responsibilities: - Initiate outbound calls to prospects and present our services with the aim of converting them into paying customers. - Provide information about Jeevansathi's features, pricing, and advantages to potential clients. - Follow up with leads generated through various channels and maintain effective communication. - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. - Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. - Collaborate with team members and management to enhance sales strategies and practices. Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive attitude. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. - Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role is preferred. - Confidence in handling objections and closing sales. - Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. - Basic computer proficiency, especially with MS Office and CRM software. Tools Required: - Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) - Proficient in using telecommunication tools and platforms. - Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
