With our headquarters in Amsterdam and a fast-growing office in Noida SEZ, G-Rollz is expanding rapidly and looking for high-performing talent to join our journey. Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and fuel business growth across domestic and export markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in consumer goods sales, a strategic mindset, and proven leadership experience to develop new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, goal setting, and performance feedback Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and export channels Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with brand initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Experience in international or export-focused markets is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary and attractive performance incentives A leadership role in a globally recognized lifestyle brand Opportunities for international exposure and career growth A fast-paced, creative, and collaborative work environment Show more Show less
