6-Month Internship Program | ₹15,000 Monthly Stipend

About the Role


We're seeking a motivated and analytical Paid Media Intern to join our growing B2B SaaS marketing agency. This is an intensive 6-month program designed to give you hands-on experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and performance marketing on the whole, while working on real client campaigns with measurable business impact.

What You'll Do


Campaign Management & Execution

  • Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Support LinkedIn advertising campaigns
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and flag optimization opportunities
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research
  • Assist in attribution and conversion tracking setup

Analysis & Reporting

  • Pull performance data from Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports for client accounts
  • Analyze campaign metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and document results
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Adriel, and HubSpot for comprehensive campaign analysis

Client Support & Operations

  • Participate in client calls and strategy sessions (as observer initially, then build up to become an active participant)
  • Assist in campaign strategy development and media planning
  • Support account management tasks, including budget tracking and projections
  • Help prepare client presentations and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and external teams

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and data
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis
  • Genuine interest in digital marketing and advertising technology
  • Available for full-time commitment for 6 months

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads or LinkedIn advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
  • Experience with any CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles

Our Expectations

Month 1-2: Foundation Building

  • Complete Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising certifications
  • Shadow senior team members on client accounts
  • Master basic campaign setup and optimization processes
  • Begin handling routine campaign monitoring tasks

Month 3-4: Independent Execution

  • Manage day-to-day optimization for 2-3 smaller client accounts
  • Create and present weekly performance reports
  • Lead keyword research and audience development projects
  • Begin participating actively in client strategy calls

Month 5-6: Strategic Contribution

  • Own campaign strategy development for assigned accounts
  • Mentor newer interns or team members
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to clients
  • Contribute to new business pitches and proposals


Interview Process

  1. Initial Screening Call

    (Basic fit and motivation assessment)

    & Live Technical Assessment

    (60 minutes) - AI-based research capabilities
  2. Final Interview

    (30 minutes) - Team fit, leadership response, and scenario-based questions
