About the Role

B2B Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and paid media.
  • Manage the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, optimizing for performance.
  • Create high-quality marketing content such as case studies, white papers, blog posts, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with data-driven insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Support brand development and corporate communication strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, consulting, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent content writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience measuring campaign ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with design teams or using design tools (Canva, Figma).
  • Knowledge of CRM workflows and conversion optimization.

  • Must have legal working rights in Australia.
