B2B Marketing Manager Location: Australia Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (depending on business needs) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to lead our business marketing initiatives in Australia. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that generate quality leads, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth across the Australian market. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth. Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and paid media. Manage the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, optimizing for performance. Create high-quality marketing content such as case studies, white papers, blog posts, and presentations. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives. Track campaign performance and prepare reports with data-driven insights. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors. Support brand development and corporate communication strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, consulting, or related industries. Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation. Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent content writing and communication skills. Strong analytical ability with experience measuring campaign ROI. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinker with strong execution capability. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing). Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, and paid advertising platforms. Experience collaborating with design teams or using design tools (Canva, Figma). Knowledge of CRM workflows and conversion optimization. Additional Requirements Must currently reside in Australia.
