B2B Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social, content, events, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external partners.
• Oversee content creation, marketing automation, and CRM processes.

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a managerial or senior specialist role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and content marketing.
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Ireland with the legal right to work full-time.
