B2B Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, content marketing, events, webinars, PPC, etc.)
• Generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects through the marketing funnel
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create effective marketing materials and campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (KPIs, ROI)
• Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and market research
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and marketing tools
• Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Support thought leadership initiatives, including content creation, case studies, and whitepapers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques
• Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and ROI
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Familiarity with Singapore and SEA B2B market landscape is preferred
