The Analyst, IT Infrastructure is responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and continuously enhancing the site's operating environment. This role ensures the infrastructure's ongoing reliability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the operating environments, responding to incidents and problems, planning for growth, and deploying new technologies.
Additionally, the Analyst will design, install, configure, maintain, and test PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. Other duties include troubleshooting issues reported by users, supporting access to services, and managing the acquisition, replacement, and decommissioning of related equipment, software, and services.
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Provide technical support and perform maintenance
Perform service monitoring and reporting, with a focus on risk management and compliance
Explore new solutions, enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement, projects and more
Perform the acquisition, provisioning and decommissioning of related equipment, software and services
Lead projects and change management initiatives
Manage external service providers and vendors.
Interface with internal functions and teams supporting and helping them enhance productivity.
Enhancing the security posture for applications by configuring and strengthening Azure WAF and the overall Azure security controls for Paas applications/Application end points.
Configuring and managing Azure Front Door and its inbuilt capabilities as part of hosting support for various application teams.
Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Python (API level), Shell scripting, and PowerShell scripting.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Azure DevOps, Ansible, and Terraform.
Deploy, manage, and optimize SQL databases and support database administration tasks.
Administer and troubleshoot both Linux and Windows environments.
Ensure security, compliance, and performance of IT infrastructure.
Strong customer service orientation

Ability to plan projects and tasks.
In-depth knowledge of the Windows OS (server and client) and the desktop operating environment. Linux and other mainstream OS knowledge will be helpful.

Having an eye to locate inefficient processes and bring about efficiency through automation.
Ability to plan projects and tasks effectively.
Ability to guide and coach team members and work as one team pursuing a single goal.
Good understanding of IT requirements for end-to-end solutions, including security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk analysis.
In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (server and client), and desktop operating environments; working knowledge of Linux and other mainstream OS is advantageous.
Fundamental understanding of networking concepts.
Advanced knowledge of infrastructure service management and diagnostic tools/processes.
Experience with end-point security management tools and processes.
Understanding of IT Infrastructure asset lifecycle management.
Proficiency in Azure, Azure Front Door and Azure DevOps for cloud infrastructure and automation.
Programming and automation experience using Python (API level), Shell scripting, and PowerShell scripting.
Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform for configuration management and infrastructure as code.
Experience managing and optimizing SQL databases.
Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
Bachelor's Degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
