Job Description

Position: Customer Service Executive / Cross Sales AXIS Banking Process

Location:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and service requests related to banking products
  • Promote and cross-sell relevant financial products as per customer needs
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards during every interaction
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer concerns

Shift Details:

  • Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
  • One rotational week off

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Age: 18 to 30 years
  • Not eligible: Candidates pursuing ongoing studies or attending college

Compensation:

  • 16,000/- In-hand salary
  • Attractive performance-based

    unlimited incentives

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of banking products (training will be provided)
  • Sales mindset and ability to work under targets
