Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement

  automation systems

  to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Program and configure

  PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, and industrial robots

  .
• Integrate

  sensors, actuators, control systems, and vision systems

  for seamless automation.
• Conduct

  troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization

  of automation systems.
• Collaborate with

  mechanical, electrical, and software teams

  for end-to-end project execution.
• Perform

  system testing, validation, and documentation

  for all projects.
• Support

  installation, commissioning, and maintenance

  of automation equipment.
• Ensure adherence to

  industry safety standards and compliance regulations

• Stay updated on

  emerging technologies

  in automation and robotics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in

  Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, Embedded Systems

  , or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience

  in industrial automation or mechatronics projects.
• Strong understanding of

  mechatronic systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical control systems

  .
• Expertise in

  industrial sensors, actuators, and motion control systems

  .
• Proficiency in

  PLC programming and SCADA

  (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, or similar).
• Ability to interpret

  electrical/mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings

  .
• Knowledge of

  safety standards

  (ISO, CE, IEC, OSHA) for automation.
• Hands-on approach with a

  problem-solving mindset

  and passion for innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a

  fast-paced, startup environment

  and collaborate effectively.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Programming knowledge in

  Python, C/C++, MATLAB

  for control interfaces.
• Familiarity with

  IoT, Industry 4.0, and ROS (Robot Operating System)

• Exposure to

  machine vision systems

  (Cognex, Keyence, OpenCV).
• Experience in

  CAD tools, additive manufacturing, and cobots/mobile robots (AMRs/AGVs)
