Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using

  Microsoft Power Automate

• Develop and maintain

  Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation templates

• Write advanced

  PowerShell and Python scripts

  for operational automation
• Integrate automation with

  REST APIs, JSON, SDKs

  , and enterprise platforms
• Automate workflows across

  Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint Online

  , and ticketing systems
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT operations and infrastructure
  
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for performance and reliability
  
• Document automation processes and technical workflows
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design
  
• Ensure automation meets security, compliance, and audit requirements
  

Mandatory Skills

• Ansible (Playbooks, YAML, Jinja templates)
  
• Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud flows, connectors)
  
• PowerShell scripting
  
• Python scripting
  
• REST API & JSON integrations
  
• Windows & Linux administration
  
• Azure / AWS exposure
  
• Git / Azure DevOps / Bitbucket
  

Good to Have

• AI/ML automation exposure (Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, etc.)
  
• Predictive automation or intelligent workflow experience
  
• Automation certifications (Ansible, Power Automate, Azure)
  

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
