Role Overview: As a Automation Engineer at Wipro, your role will involve designing, programming, simulating, and testing automation products or processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for understanding software requirements, designing and executing software development, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the software requirements and design of the product - Analyze current technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks - Formulate project plans, outline steps required for project development, and submit plans for approval - Contribute to automation roadmap design and testing process improvements - Improve and maintain the automation framework for horizontal usage across technology stacks and build reusable libraries - Design and execute software development and reporting - Ensure environment readiness for execution process, develop test plans, and execute test cases - Develop technical specifications, resolve technical design issues, and conduct design activities with the development team - Implement, track, and report key metrics for functional and non-functional requirements through automation - Design and implement automated testing tools, update tools as needed, and develop automated processes for software validation - Ensure smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders - Develop test automation tests for functional, regression, and performance testing - Collaborate with development team, create/improve continuous deployment practices, and work closely with business Subject Matter Experts - Document projects according to Wipro guidelines and provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry standards and incorporate them appropriately Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Performance Testing - Experience: 5-8 Years Additional Details: Wipro is an end-to-end digital transformation partner with a bold ambition to reinvent the industry.
