Job Title: US Audit Manager (Night Shift) Location: Work from Office (WFO) Shift: Night Shift Benefits: Cab Facility | Meal Provided Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Audit Manager to lead our financial oversight operations during US hours. This role is instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, tracking every expense, and driving cost savings across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for waste, a proactive approach to fraud detection, and experience auditing high-volume transactions, especially in payroll, procurement, advertising, rent, and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth audits of expenses related to payroll, supplies, vendors, ads, and rent . Identify waste, inefficiencies, or fraud in financial operations. Monitor and track every business expense to ensure accountability and transparency. Implement processes to reduce operational costs and improve financial controls. Collaborate with department heads to recommend cost-saving initiatives . Detect and investigate anomalies indicating potential theft or misuse of funds. Prepare clear, data-driven audit reports and present findings to senior management. Ensure audit practices comply with US GAAP and internal policies. Work effectively during US night shift hours from the office. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis (5+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of US financial regulations and GAAP . Experience with expense auditing, fraud detection , and cost optimization. Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems). Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously. Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments. Must be comfortable with night shifts and working from office. Experience in forensic accounting is a plus.
