Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Spanish Language Specialist Location: Chandigarh Experience Required: 0–3 years (Freshers with language proficiency welcome) Job Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational Shifts Week Off: Rotational Week Off Facilities: Cabs and Meal Provided Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support Associate proficient in Spanish to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will assist Spanish-speaking customers via calls, emails, or chat, ensuring a seamless and satisfying support experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound interactions with Spanish-speaking customers. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, billing, and more. Provide accurate information and troubleshooting guidance in a timely manner. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues. Adhere to shift schedules and meet performance KPIs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements: Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory. Good command of English for internal communication. Prior experience in customer support or BPO is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational week offs .
