Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate Spanish Language Specialist at our Chandigarh location, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers. Your role will involve handling customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat to ensure their needs are met effectively and in a timely manner. Your proficiency in Spanish, along with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach, will be key to delivering a satisfying support experience. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with Spanish-speaking customers to address their inquiries and concerns. - Resolve a variety of customer queries related to products, services, orders, billing, and more. - Offer accurate information and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions for reference and follow-up. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support. - Adhere to assigned shift schedules and meet performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently. - Uphold high service quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction levels. Requirements: - Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish is mandatory for this role. - Good command of English is essential for effective internal communication. - Previous experience in customer support or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is advantageous. - Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset are crucial. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and be available on rotational week offs. - Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during challenging situations.
