What You’ll Take On: Function as a subject matter expert on IT compliance processes, data governance, and operational security requirements to conduct internal training. Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT Support, Operations, Infrastructure & Engineering, Security) to ensure IT compliance requirements are met in system development, infrastructure management, and operational processes. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Passion for learning and curiosity; high degree of self-awareness, attitude of learning and growth, and sense of humor. 3-5 years of work experience in an IT compliance, IT audit, cybersecurity, or technology risk management role, preferably within the technology or media industry. Experience with IT compliance frameworks such as SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs), SOC 1/2, NIST, or other relevant cybersecurity standards is a definite plus. Superb communication skills (verbal, written, listening), and high proficiency in packaging complex technical and regulatory information into a cohesive and understandable story.
