Job Overview We are looking for a Audit Associate to join our team in Gandhinagar. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in our offshore audit service offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide high-quality audit support for our clients. You will gain hands-on experience in auditing and compliance, developing your expertise in both external audit and statutory audit. Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in external audit with a focus on compliance with established auditing standards (Mandatory skill). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze and interpret complex financial data sets effectively (Mandatory skill). Experience in executing statutory audits for diverse client portfolios (Mandatory skill). Knowledge and understanding of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) for delivering effective audit services. Ability to perform detailed financial statement analysis contributing to accurate financial reporting. Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is necessary for audit accuracy. Strong communication skills to articulate audit findings clearly to clients and team members. Capability to manage client communications effectively, ensuring satisfaction and continued partnership. Roles And Responsibilities Assist in conducting and executing external and statutory audits in accordance with established standards. Collaborate with audit teams to gather and analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive audit reports. Support in evaluating and recommending improvements to client accounting procedures and internal controls. Prepare detailed work papers and documentation for audit engagements and maintain organized client files. Participate in meetings with clients to discuss and resolve audit findings and suggest process enhancements. Monitor compliance with established accounting and auditing standards while ensuring rigorous data security practices. Stay informed of new updates in accounting laws and standards relevant to client industries and regions. Contribute to maintaining high client retention by delivering services with precision, trust, and value.
