Audit Associate

You will be joining Scan Global Services Private Limited as an Audit Associate in their Indore office. As an Audit Associate, you will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and supporting various finance-related tasks to ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial audits and review accounting records. - Prepare and analyze financial statements and related reports. - Assist in identifying audit risks and recommend improvements. - Ensure compliance with GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, and PCAOB rules. - Maintain audit workpapers and documentation per regulatory standards. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address audit queries. - Stay updated with accounting standards, audit regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: - Semi-Qualified CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA preferred. - Minimum 2 years of audit experience (US audits preferred). - Strong analytical and auditing skills. - Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. - Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
