Audit Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct concurrent audits of bank branches in accordance with RBI guidelines and internal audit programmes.
• Verify daily transactions, including cash operations, clearing, transfers, and inter-branch accounts.
• Review loan documentation, disbursement procedures, end-use of funds, and compliance with sanction terms.
• Examine KYC, AML and account opening documents for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor income leakage, interest application, charges, and recovery processes.
• Check compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and RBI circulars.
• Identify irregular transactions, deviations, and early warning signals.
• Prepare daily / monthly audit reports, observations, and follow-up on pending irregularities.
• Coordinate with bank officials for clarifications and closure of audit observations.
• Maintain proper audit working papers and documentation.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA Article / Semi-Qualified CA.
• Prior experience in bank concurrent audit will be preferred.
• Freshers with exposure to banking audits may also apply.

Experience

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in banking audits (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
