Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Audit Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial audits and review accounting records.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and related reports.
• Assist in identifying audit risks and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, and PCAOB rules.
• Maintain audit workpapers and documentation per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address audit queries.
• Stay updated with accounting standards, audit regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Semi-Qualified CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience (US audits preferred).
• Strong analytical and auditing skills.
• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
