Diesel to be issued only once irrespective of whether the vehicle is working for one shift or two shifts. Ensure dried Material is fed to the Hopper by Hitachi operator as per the instruction / plan provided. And also to ensure the feed rates are meeting the plant capacity and target Ensure required manpower (min.- 4) is deployed for manual segregation of glass, boulders, concrete blocks, clothes / plastics in bigger sizes (> 250 mm), which may damage the equipment and give trouble for segregation process Order of priority is a follows:1. Glass ; 2. Boulders / Concrete blocks ; 3. Big size fabric / plastic ; 4 . Tyre ; 5. wood Ensure Trommel screen holes are free from any Jam or blockage , abnormal sound in any part of trommel ( eg : support roller , motor and gear box ) , over heating of motor & gearbox Ensure all employees wear proper PPEs like Helmet, mask, Goggles, Apron, Safety shoes, etc., Ensure employees attending work above 8 feet height is wearing "Safety Belt" without fail Ensure Welder is wearing the Welding Shield and Welding Gloves before starting the work Ensure pulley guard, chain guard and safety guard at all segregation points. Ensure all Earthrod Pits are covered safely with chamber. Ensure all safety measures are strickly before taking Maintenance Work. Lubrication must be checked frequently like GearOil checking, Lubricating Sprockets, Greasing to bearings on daily, weekly, monthly basis as per requirements and to post the photos in concerned groups without fail. To initiate Daily / Weekly / Monthly Maintenance Schedules are followed with the help of Technical Team (Fitters / Asst. Fitters / Mechanical Helpers) Ensure proper spare planning for achieving minimum breakdown time Verification of correctness of input data in logsheets (Day Shift and Night Shift) To check the quality of the pre-processed material on the previous day to be taken for processing the next day To ensure Daily / Weekly / Monthly Maintenance Schedules are followed with the help of Technical Team (Fitters / Asst.
