Store Manager

Your role as a Sales Supervisor will involve setting daily targets for sales executives and monitoring their performance. You will be responsible for motivating the staff regularly to ensure accountability for meeting daily targets. Daily attendance of the sales staff and other supporting store staff will need to be taken, updated in the register, and informed to the head office. In addition, you will need to conduct gate meetings and compile the minutes of the meeting in the gate meeting register. Depositing the cash from sales into the bank account and daily reconciling the daybook/cash book with sales and expenditures are also part of your responsibilities. Daily settlement of sales through credit cards, UPI, and wallets should be handled, with regular filing of settlement slips. You will be required to identify fast-moving items category-wise, brand-wise, and gender-wise to ensure regular restocking. Similarly, identifying slow-moving items and informing the head office while clearing the stocks is crucial. Additionally, you will need to secure one bulk order every month from local offices, schools, and other corporate institutions. Maintaining the customer walk-in register, contacting repeat customers, and updating them on new arrivals are essential tasks. Regularly changing the showroom footwear and non-footwear displays, arranging stocks category-wise or price range-wise, and creating special displays for EOSS stocks and offer stocks separately are also part of your duties. Furthermore, recruiting new sales staff and other supporting store staff will be under your purview.
