Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities of employees.
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Coordinate for statutory compliance documentation and vendor management (if applicable).
  • Support HR reporting and MIS preparation.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Coordinate with various departments for administrative requirements.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.
  • Around 2 years of experience in HR & Admin functions.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
