Role & responsibilities

Overall Purpose and Objective of this Position :

To provide administrative and HR support to ensure smooth daily operations of the organization, covering recruitment , employee records, office administration, admin works, compliance, and general support to management.

1. Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility management, housekeeping, and security coordination.

2. Manage office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory.

3. Coordinate repair & maintenance activities with vendors and service providers

4. Support travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event logistics.

5. Maintain administrative records, contracts, and AMC documentation

6. Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment, utilities, and general administrative services.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and administration
  • Analytical Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualification

  • MBA/ PGDM in HR or equivalent full-time postgraduate degree from recognized institute
