Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Payroll Executive to manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process for our employees. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and excellent analytical skills. This role ensures timely and accurate salary processing while maintaining complete confidentiality and compliance with all legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of salaries. • Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and payroll records. • Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Income Tax deductions. • Prepare and submit statutory returns and challans within deadlines. • Manage full and final settlements of resigned employees. • Generate payroll-related MIS reports and provide analysis to management. • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy. • Address employee payroll queries promptly and professionally. • Support internal and external audits with required payroll documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Commerce, HR, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). • 13 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance. • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Saral PayPack, Zoho Payroll, etc.). • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.


Preferred Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Knowledge of HR operations and basic labour laws.
