In the hospital industry, Human Resources (HR) plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization runs smoothly and that employees are supported, productive, and aligned with the institution's mission and values. The roles and responsibilities of HR in the hospital industry include:

Recruitment and Staffing

Onboarding
: Ensuring new employees are properly onboarded with orientation programs, training, and introductions to hospital culture and policies.
Recognition Programs
: Developing programs to recognize and reward outstanding employee performance and contributions.
Payroll & attendance and leave management
HR Operations like on boarding, exit formalities, personal file both soft and hard, maintaining employee database, registration and indemnity trackers, MIS, employee queries and communication, audits (internal & external), preparing various HR letters, compliance Etc
Employee Engagement Activities like birthday, Festivals, Annual Day, Picnic, R&R Etc
NABH related compliances and documentation
