As a finance consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of finance consulting. Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
  • Proven experience in supporting and leading the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of IWMS platforms, including but not limited to Accruent (Lucernex), CoStar, Planon, MRI, Tango, TRIRIGA, or similar enterprise solutions. Emphasis on system integration, data architecture, and workflow configuration in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) lifecycle from the occupier’s perspective, encompassing GIS and site selection analysis, capital project delivery, lease administration and accounting compliance (ASC 842/IFRS 16), facility and maintenance operations, and space management strategies.
  • Highly skilled in systems analysis and design, with a demonstrated ability to convert nuanced business requirements into scalable and efficient system configurations and functional specifications that support strategic CRE objectives.
  • Familiarity with a variety of implementation methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid-agile frameworks, and the ability to apply the appropriate approach based on project complexity, timeline, and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong project coordination capabilities, with experience managing multiple workstreams, aligning with the IWMS Lead to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical artifacts including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, test scripts, user stories, and client-ready deliverables tailored to diverse audiences.
