1. Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Identify new business opportunities in recycling, waste management services, and material sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bulk waste generators, industries, corporates, institutions, and government bodies.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, and closure of major B2B deals.
• Monitor competition and market trends to strengthen positioning.
2. Regional Operations Management
• Oversee end-to-end B2B operations including collection, logistics, material movement, quality, and timely deliveries.
• Ensure alignment of operations with client SLAs and company standards.
• Coordinate with facility managers, logistics teams, and ground staff for smooth execution.
• Monitor cost efficiency and implement measures to reduce operational losses.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Manage and mentor regional B2B executives, coordinators, and field teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and skill-building sessions.
• Ensure team discipline, productivity, and adherence to organizational values.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and competency development of regional staff.
4. Client Relationship & Account Management
• Ensure high client satisfaction through consistent communication and timely service delivery.
• Address escalations, resolve issues, and ensure 100% SLA compliance.
• Plan client reviews, performance reports, and retention strategies.
5. Financial Management
• Monitor revenue, expenses, margins, and payment collections for the region.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with finance for timely closures.
• Optimize operational budgets to improve profitability.
6. Reporting & Documentation
• Submit weekly and monthly regional performance reports.
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, operations, material handling, and client interactions.
• Provide insights for forecasting, planning, and business strategy updates
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes.
• Good knowledge of waste management, recycling materials, logistics, or related industries.
• Data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage large teams and fast-paced environments
