We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Executive who is eager to contribute actively to environmental and social impact. At Green Worms, we believe in making a positive difference, and our Digital Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in increasing our digital presence, showcasing our impact, and actively contributing to sales and partnerships through dynamic campaigns, social influence, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
1. Website:
1.1. Actively manage and optimize the company website.
1.2. Implement effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
1.3. Handle website queries and lead management, utilizing tools for effective tracking and analysis.
1.4. Implement and manage website cookies in compliance with privacy regulations.
1.5. Utilize tools for comprehensive website visitors tracking & analysis.
2. Lead Generation:
2.1. Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword bidding and budget management.
2.2. Run LinkedIn Paid Adverts with a focus on lead forms, utilizing A/B testing for optimization.
2.3. Implement and manage cold emailing strategies, utilizing CRM tools for tracking and analytics.
2.4. Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, utilizing marketing automation tools.
2.5. Explore opportunities in affiliate marketing for lead generation, including platform selection and management.
3. Social Media:
3.1. Create and schedule engaging social media posts using management tools.
3.2. Analyze performance through analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.
3.3. Run social media adverts to enhance visibility, using targeting and retargeting techniques.
3.4. Spearhead awareness and lead generation campaigns on social media platforms with data-driven insights.
4. Coordination with Sales Team:
4.1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align digital marketing with overall sales objectives.
4.2. Provide support in creating sales collateral and promotional materials.
4.3. Communicate regularly with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges.
4.4. Adjust marketing strategies based on sales feedback and insights.
5. Additional Technical Aspects:
5.1. Use data analytics tools to interpret and act upon website and campaign performance.
5.2. Implement A/B testing methodologies across digital marketing channels.
5.3. Apply CRO techniques to enhance the conversion funnel on the website and in campaigns.
5.4. Effectively use a marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B lead generation.
Basic understanding of sustainable practices and environmental issues.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, and advertising platforms.
