Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Asst HR Manager / HR Executive with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve their skills.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and reports.
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment contracts, and benefits administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with HR software and systems is an advantage.
