Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Export Manager at SHINI Plastics Technologies India Pvt Ltd in Pune. The role focuses on international sales, market expansion, and client relationship management in overseas markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing export sales strategies, managing international clients, identifying new business opportunities abroad, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in foreign countries. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors. Conduct market research to understand international market trends and customer needs. Manage the entire export sales process, including negotiations, pricing, and contract management. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and legal requirements. Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to streamline export operations. Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote company products. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to drive decision-making. Provide regular reports to senior management on market performance and sales forecasts. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. MBA in Marketing (Preferred). Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales, export management, or business development. Prior experience in the plastic manufacturing industry or related equipment sales is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of international sales and export operations. Sales and negotiation skills for overseas markets. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise. Market research and competitor analysis. Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with global teams and multicultural environments. Leadership and team collaboration skills. Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to different business cultures and regulatory environments. Understanding of pricing, cost analysis, and global market trends. Compliance with international quality and trade standards. Added Advantage: Experience in handling sales in multiple international regions. Proficiency in foreign languages (preferred but not mandatory). Package: As per company norms/industry standards.
