Position Overview

Microsoft Power Apps Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  custom business applications

  using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
• Automate workflows and processes using

  Power Automate

  .
• Develop and manage data models with

  Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint lists

  .
• Integrate Power Apps solutions with

  Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Teams, and external data sources/APIs

  .
• Ensure

  UI/UX best practices

  for scalable and user-friendly app designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

  technical solutions

  .
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Apps applications.
• Implement

  governance, security, and compliance standards

  within the Power Platform.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to

  best practices and reusable components

  .

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years

  of total professional experience in application/software development.

• 2+ years

  of hands-on development in

  Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

  .
• Proficiency in

  Power Automate

  for business process automation.
• Experience working with

  Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and API integrations

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Power Platform administration, security roles, and licensing considerations

  .
• Knowledge of

  Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)

  .
• Familiarity with

  JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, or C#

  for extending Power Apps functionality (nice to have).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred/Good to Have

• Experience with

  Power BI

  integration.
• Exposure to

  Azure services

  (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
• Microsoft Certification in

  Power Platform (PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400)
