Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone calls, resolving issues related to networking, routing, switching, and troubleshooting.
Handle customer queries on VLAN configuration, DHCP setup, IP protocols, Layer 2 network architecture, and OSI model concepts.
Troubleshoot complex network problems using various tools such as routers and switches.
Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated cases and improve overall service quality.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field (network engineering).
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization from a recognized university.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including VLANs, DHCP, IP protocols, layer 2 networks, and OSI model.
Excellent communication skills for effective call handling and customer interaction.
