Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate - Telesales with 1-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, product & programs, and telesales.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, product & programs, and telesales.
Strong knowledge of credit cards and asset management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank is an added advantage.
