Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate - Telesales with 1-6 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including small finance banks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
