Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate - Telesales with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective telesales techniques.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales strategies.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills are required.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
