Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate - Telesales with 1-6 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and sales calls.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and networking.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or a related field, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
