Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Associate - Telesales. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with knowledge of Equity markets.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective telemarketing techniques.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is required.
Basic knowledge of Equity markets and financial products is necessary.
Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle customer complaints and concerns.
Adaptability to changing situations and priorities is crucial.
