Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate - Telesales with 1-4 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective telesales techniques.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to meet sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Job Requirements
