What You’ll Do:

1. AI Product Execution

• Support the development of

  AI-driven collections workflows

  (e.g., predictive dialers, chatbots, risk-scoring models).
• Assist in prioritizing features using data on recovery rates, borrower behavior & lender needs.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with engineers to translate AI/ML requirements into scalable solutions.
• Partner with field ops, data science, and compliance teams to optimize recovery processes.

1. User & Market Insights

• Analyze borrower/lender feedback to simplify repayment journeys.
• Track fintech trends to identify automation opportunities in collections.

1. Impact Tracking

• Monitor KPIs like resolution rates, cycle time reduction, and borrower NPS.
• Iterate features using real-time performance data.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years in

  product management, fintech, or AI-powered workflows (internships included).

• Basic understanding of

  lending/collections workflows or B2B fintech product

• Analytical mindset: Comfortable with data (SQL/Excel) to drive decisions.
• Curious problem-solver: Passion for leveraging AI to solve complex user pain points.
• Strong communicator: Ability to bridge tech, business, and operational teams.
• (Bonus) Exposure to agile methodologies or UI/UX principles.
