Associate Product Manager

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who will assist in managing product lifecycles, gathering requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions for real estate. The APM will contribute to market research, roadmap planning, and execution while learning to balance business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Process Understanding: Gain strong knowledge of Rexera’s products and workflows to help drive smooth implementation of AI-led solutions.
• Market & Competitive Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors, sharing insights to guide product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support product development by coordinating with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams.
• Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch to post-release tracking and feedback.
• Reporting & Analysis: Help track key product metrics, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and product enhancements.
• Innovation Support: Stay updated on AI and technology trends, and contribute ideas for new features or improvements.

Essential Skills

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product workflows.
• Familiarity with product management or analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Google Analytics).
• Basic knowledge of SQL / data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Awareness of UX/UI principles to help create intuitive user experiences.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or formal product management training is a plus.
• 2–4 years of total experience, with 1–2 years in a product manager role.

Work Conditions

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Shift Timing: 2 PM – 11 PM IST.
• Comfortable working with distributed global teams across India, the US, and Bulgaria.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
