What We’re Looking For – Role Brief We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Associate Product Manager (APM) to help shape, build, and scale our AI-powered solutions. As an APM, you’ll work closely with senior product leaders, engineering, design, and growth teams to identify user needs, define product requirements, and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone with experience in product, consulting, or tech startups who’s hungry to learn, iterate, and ship meaningful products. What You’ll Do Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product roadmap, features, and success metrics. Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide design and development teams. Coordinate across engineering, design, and marketing to ensure timely execution and product delivery. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Monitor product analytics and use data to identify opportunities for optimization. Help drive go-to-market strategies, documentation, and feature adoption. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, especially in AI and SaaS. What You Should Have 1–3 years of experience in product management, tech consulting, or early-stage startups. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you're comfortable with numbers and intuition. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear documentation and rally teams. Familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, etc.) and product development lifecycles. A learning mindset, bias toward action, and strong attention to detail. Based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and open to working from our Vashi office. Nice to Have Experience working on SaaS or AI-first products. Prior exposure to UI/UX design principles, customer interviews, or basic wireframing. Understanding of APIs, data flows, or technical systems.
