Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own the complete
product lifecycle
from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
Develop product strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to build and scale products.
Analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions.
Prioritize product features and enhancements using a structured roadmap approach.
Conduct user research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to drive product innovation.
Ensure seamless and timely product releases with cross-functional coordination.
Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical and business constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must currently be in a
Product Manager
role with
at least 2 years in the same position
at the current organization.
Hands-on experience in
Ecommerce
,
D2C
, or
B2C
startups with end-to-end product delivery.
Strong understanding of product development frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Ability to translate business needs into actionable product features.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like
JIRA
,
Mixpanel
,
Figma
,
GA/GTM
, or equivalent.
