• Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps, aligning with overall product strategy and business goals. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business priorities and customer needs. 
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. 
• Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development. 
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and feature specifications. 
• Support the development of product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive data-informed decision-making. 
• Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis. 
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. 

Required Skills:

• Exceptional Stakeholder Communication

  : Ability to craft compelling narratives around the product, effectively communicate updates, challenges, and roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Travel Flexibility

  : Willing and able to travel to HealthCity and other locations as required for product-related activities and stakeholder engagements.
