Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy AEM applications using Java-based technologies such as OSGi and CQ5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Develop expertise in App Performance Testing tools to analyze system behavior under various loads. Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems. Conduct performance testing of AEM applications on cloud platforms to ensure optimal scalability and reliability. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in IT industry with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture. Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem including Spring Boot framework. Proficiency in writing clean, modular code that follows best practices for maintainability and reusability. Experience working with Cloud-based environments such as AWS or Azure is desirable but not mandatory.
