Stakeholder management and team leadership skills Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP CO Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Product Costing, Actual Costing, Margin Analysis, and Material Ledger within S/4HANA. The role requires processes and configuration efforts, driving value through accurate costing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders and team members. Prior experience working with automotive clients is highly preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP CO solutions in S/4HANA. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Costing, Actual Costing, and Margin Analysis. Own the configuration and operation of the Material Ledger. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs. Manage and guide a team of consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs with client teams. Ensure seamless integration of CO processes with MM, PP, and FI. Professional & Technical Skills: Deep functional knowledge of SAP CO submodules: Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and COPA. Proven expertise in Material Ledger configuration (period-end closing, multi-currency setup, actual costing runs). Experience in Margin Analysis setup with profitability characteristics and reporting. Strong knowledge of cost flows from procurement to production and sales. Comfortable working with Fiori apps, CDS views, and S/4HANA embedded analytics. Hands-on experience with cross-functional integration (MM, PP, FI, SD). Senior Principal Design Engineer (Semiconductor) Role Summary: Leads complex IC design projects and sets technical direction for design teams. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design high-performance digital or analog ICs. Guide RTL development, verification, and physical implementation. Mentor junior engineers and review design deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product definition. Drive innovation and IP development. Qualifications: Masters/PhD in Electrical Engineering. 10+ years in IC design with leadership experience. Expertise in design methodologies and EDA tools.

Key Responsibilities Architect and implement System Verilog/UVM-based testbenches and verification environments for analogmixed signal blocks and SoCs. Develop VerilogA , RealNumber Models (RNM) , WREAL models, and support cosimulation with SPICE for behavioral accuracy. Execute verification of highspeed serial protocols including PCIe , USB 3 , MIPI CSI/DSI , using constrainedrandom stimulus, assertions, monitors, functional coverage. Utilize tools like PrimeSim XA (VCS AMS) to run mixed-signal regressions and VerilogA analog simulations. Collaborate closely with digital, analog, synthesis, timing, and silicon bring-up teams to ensure spec traceability, debug failures, and validate first-pass silicon performance. Write thorough verification plans , track coverage closure, debug RTL/AMS models, document results, and drive continuous improvement of methodologies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors/Masters in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, Electrical . 5+ years of mixed-signal/AMS verification experience; SoC-level IP/subsystem/SoC verification preferred. Deep proficiency in System Verilog , UVM , assertions, functional coverage, OOP testbench design. Strong expertise in VerilogA , RNM/WREAL , and building analog behavioral models Simply. Hands-on experience with PrimeSim XA/VCS AMS , Cadence Spectre/Xcelium, Synopsys AMS toolchains.

Do : As a cross functions lead, you should act as a Single point of contact for the execution of ITIL Processes like incident management, problem management, change management, etc. designed for a single Customer or as per SIAM framework in Multi-vendor Environment Capable to connect, update and manage discussions with the Customer and other Service providers / Vendors for all in-scope infrastructure related technical services viz., Networking, Servers, VMware, storage. Capable to drive and collaborate with multiple stakeholders on day to day operations to bring in coordination across the technical towers Lead the ITIL Process resources to achieve the Process KPIs and Service level targets. Act as a crisis manager during the occurrence of critical incidents, guide Pro-active problem management, address critical issues to avoid change failures, ensure up-to-date maintenance of CMDB, achieving the Availability and capacity targets Ensuring the Process adherence, meeting the Quality norms of Wipro and the Customer Driving the internal audits, define and drive service improvement programs based on the external audit findings Report the Customer on all Process areas as per the Contractual agreements.
