Associate Product Manager

As a member of the development team, your role will involve working collaboratively to ensure that project requirements are well-defined and achievable. You will need to make strategic trade-offs when necessary to deliver the final product on schedule while meeting its intended goals. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and address strategic issues and risks that could hinder the team's progress towards its goals - Define and scope projects by collaborating with business customers to understand their needs, priorities, and competitive landscape - Manage and deliver projects with a focus on performance, reliability, usability, and customer satisfaction - Identify and prioritize projects based on their impact and trade-offs - Drive user workflow by conducting user experience sessions and collaborating with software and quality engineering teams to maximize customer value within resource constraints In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong skills in cross-functional team coordination and consensus-building across various departments to achieve business objectives efficiently. While coding is not a requirement for this position, you should have the technical acumen to understand pseudocode, interpret algorithms, and run basic database queries for reporting and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
