CareRevenue builds cloud platforms that modernize U.S. dental practices. We are now spinning up an independent team to super-charge Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with AI, automation, and data-driven workflows. This team will operate as a tech-agnostic innovation unit focused on transforming manual RCM processes into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
We are searching for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our company. In this role, you will define and optimize the technology systems and processes that power RCM operations — identifying inefficiencies, spotting automation opportunities, and driving continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in shaping products that enhance operational performance and maximize team productivity. ● Participate in the entire product line life cycle from ideation to delivery and on-going maintenance.
● Immerse yourself in the day-to-day work of RCM agents across different functions — eligibility, claims, AR and posting — to develop a firsthand understanding of their workflows, challenges, and reasoning.
● Take time to understand problems before jumping to solutions. We value team members who observe how things work first, ask questions before automating processes, and recognize that RCM workflows have important nuances worth preserving.
● Partner with operations, engineering, and design teams to identify inefficiencies in current RCM workflows and translate them into product opportunities.
● Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment between business priorities, operational goals, and engineering delivery.
● Lead sprint planning and release cycles, track progress, and proactively remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
● Conduct research on internal process data, automation trends, and user behavior to guide product decisions.
● Establish and monitor success metrics to measure product impact and iterate accordingly. ● Collaborate closely with stakeholders across RCM operations, data, and technology teams to align product direction with organizational outcomes.
● Facilitate smooth cross-functional communication — translating business needs into technical goals and vice versa.
● Build feedback loops with end-users (RCM agents, team leads, and stakeholders) to continuously refine the product.
● Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree in technology or a related field is a plus.
● 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or RCM domains.
● Proven track record of managing successful software products from ideation to launch and beyond.
● Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
● Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
● Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
● Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Wrike or Jira.
● Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Balsamiq, Figma, AdobeXD, or Sketch, is a plus.
● Self learning and detail oriented.
● Very good communicator of their ideas.
