You need to be a HODLer of these A Product Analyst / Business Analyst / Growth Analyst with 1-3 years of experience, who has worked closely with product and engineering teams and wants to transition into product managementOR an Associate Product Manager already handling smaller product areas, looking to deepen your impact in fintech and crypto. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ability to translate data into insights and decisions. Empathy for users and a structured approach to problem discovery and solution design. Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills. A basic understanding of product metrics, PRDs, and agile product development. Technical aptitude comfortable working with engineering and design teams. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields. An MBA is a plus, not mandatory. A curious mindset if you ve experimented with new-age AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc) to speed up work, analyze data, or build prototypes,You will be mining through these tasks Partner with senior PMs to define and execute product vision, roadmap, and feature specs. Conduct user research and data analysis to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses. Translate insights into clear problem statements and actionable product requirements (PRDs). Collaborate with design, engineering, compliance, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Track key metrics, monitor feature adoption and iterate post-launch. Develop a strong understanding of fintech and crypto products, market dynamics, and user behavior.
